Ashley Mae Sebera was born on November 29, 1988, on the outskirts of Seven Hills in Ohio. She is better known for her wrestling professional stage name Dana Brooke. She went to Kent State University (KSU) and graduated in 2011 with a major education in the field of fashion merchandising and design and a minor diploma in business administration. Sebera participated in several games before resuming gymnastics. Sebera's ankles were severely injured when she was a gymnast for over 18 years. She was forced to quit. Then she began training to compete in fitness and bodybuilder. Sebera, who was crowned National Physique Committee Contests (NPCs) in 2011 and 2010 she earned her professional license in 2012. After that, she started to compete in the International Federation of BodyBuilding & Fitness. Sebera started her professional career in WWE in the role of Dana Brooke in 2013. She worked out for 3 years and was a part of WWE NXT Events prior to making her debut on the WWE main roster, Monday Night RAW 2016, in which she was a Dana Brooke. Outside of professional wrestling, she maintained a presence in bodybuilding. She was back in 2017 for the Arnold's Classic, competing in the fitness world category.
