Morgan and Maggie
Morgan Fairchild (born Patsy Ann McClenny on February 3, 1950) is an American actress from America. She rose to prominence in the 70s, and the early 80s due to the roles she played in numerous television shows, where she was depicted as a glamourous actress. Fairchild was first noticed in her role on the CBS Daytime soap drama Search for Tomorrow as Jennifer Pace between 1973 and 1977. She was Jenna Wade in 1978, the first time an actress was able to do such a role. In the year 1980, she played the lead in Flamingo Road (NBC), where she received a Golden Globe Award nomination for the best Actress - Television Series Drama. She appeared on ABC's brief show on primetime Paper Dolls and also on the NBC soap opera Falcon Crest in 1985-86 as Jordan Roberts. Fairchild is also an actor in the theater, and has appeared in guest roles in television comedies including Murphy Brown (for which she was nominated for a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Guest actress in the field of Comedy Series) Roseanne Cybill and Friends. She is a board member of SAG-AFTRA.
